Solberg to fight for Monte-Carlo IRC glory

Petter Solberg has vowed to fight for victory when he makes his Intercontinental Rally Challenge debut on Rallye Monte-Carlo next month.
The former world rally champion will drive a Peugeot Sport-run 207 Super 2000 on the asphalt classic, which he has contested on eight previous occasions.
"For sure there are many drivers doing the event who have much more experience in Super 2000 cars while I have none," said Solberg. "But I have a lot of experience on the rally and I know what can go wrong so I will be prepared. Like every other rally I do I will be thinking to push and to win and I will come up with a proper plan and strategy to do that."
The 36-year-old from Norway continued: "I like the rally a lot even though I have not always had the best result. Because it will be the 100-year anniversary the rally will be very, very special."
Solberg and Northern Irish co-driver Chris Patterson will be among 120 crews taking part on the event, which runs from 18-22 January and will be televised live on Eurosport. They will get their first experience of the 207 they will use on the event during a test in France early next month.

Mixed weather test boosts champion Hanninen

Intercontinental Rally Challenge champion Juho Hanninen says changeable weather during a test in France last week has boosted his chances of winning Rallye Monte-Carlo for the first time.
Finn Hanninen finished second on the event last January and will be among the favourites for victory in his Skoda Motorsport Fabia Super 2000. The event has a reputation for unpredictable weather conditions with snow and ice a frequent hazard for the crews.
"We had dry Tarmac then wet Tarmac and then snow and ice so it was all the conditions that we could possibly have on the rally," said Hanninen, 29. "We were also able to see how the tyres performed in the different conditions so we got some useful data."
Hanninen will test again in Czech Republic in early January alongside a number of other Skoda drivers. "We’ll have real winter then so it will be good preparation also."

Atkinson ready for Monte’s massive challenge

Chris Atkinson says he is relishing the prospect of contesting Rallye Monte-Carlo for PROTON Motorsports, despite acknowledging the "massive challenge" he will encounter on the Intercontinental Rally Challenge season opener, which runs from 18-22 January.
Australian Atkinson, who made his IRC debut for the Malaysian squad on last June’s Geko Ypres Rally, has prior experience of the asphalt event, which will celebrate its centenary next month.
He said: "Starting the season with the Monte is awesome. As a rally driver, this is the traditional place where we always start our year. I’ve always gone well on the event, but it is really tough. Running high in the Alps in January, you never know what’s really coming around the next corner: it could be dry asphalt, wet asphalt, snow or ice. It’s a massive challenge for the team and the driver, with one of the most important aspects being to get the [choices of] tyres right."
Atkinson, 31, will be partnered in the British-based PROTON team by Swede P-G Andersson on Rallye Monte-Carlo.

Swiss star Gonon back in the IRC

Florian Gonon will return to the Intercontinental Rally Challenge on Rallye Monte-Carlo next month, less than six months after clinching the Subaru Individual Award on the Geko Ypres Rally.
The 2009 Swiss rally champion finished 16th overall on the Belgian event to clinch the Subaru-backed accolade, which was handed out to the highest-placed driver in one of the Japanese manufacturer’s cars on rounds of the IRC in 2010.
He will make his IRC comeback in an N12-model Impreza on Rallye Monte-Carlo alongside navigator Sandra Arlettaz. Their planned appearance follows on from finishing second overall on Rallye International du Valais in Switzerland last October. That event counted as a round of the IRC in the past and includes some stages that are similar in layout to those found on the 2011 IRC opener.
Gonon’s Subaru will run under the Annie Spiers Rallye Team banner. Michael Burri and Stephen Rey will also represent Switzerland on the centenary edition of the famous event.

Este pasado fin de semana, en el Circuito de Magaluf, tuvo lugar la última cita valedera para el Campeonato de Baleares de karting 2010, en la que el piloto de SUSHICLUB, Albert Coll se proclamaba Campeón de Baleares de karting, por tercera vez.

Albert, conseguía la pole en los entrenamientos clasificatorios, marcando el segundo mejor tiempo de todas las categorias que participaron, incluidos los KZ2 (motores con cambio de marchas),y dominando a placer, vencia en las dos mangas de carrera, en un circuito con unas condiciones muy delicadas, y con la pista muy deslizante. El piloto de la Escuderia Mallorca Competició, con la conducción que habitualmente nos tiene acostumbrados y sacando a relucir su casta como piloto, ha demostrado su valía para progresar en Campeonatos Nacionales y porque no en pruebas de carácter internacional.

Albert: “Tengo que agradecer la conquista de mi tercer Campeonato de Baleares, a toda la gente que ha creido en mi proyecto, a mis patrocinadores, a mi equipo Gulfitoso Motorsport, y en especial, a la persona que se ha cuidado de la puesta a punto de mi motor, Angel Campos, que sin su ayuda, la victoria en este campeonato no hubiese sido posible”.

Einmal mehr steht der ATS Formel-3-Cup im Focus der Nachwuchsförderung, denn der attraktive Preis für den Sieger des Formel BMW Talent Cup 2011 steht nun fest: Der erfolgreichste Absolvent des neuen BMW Nachwuchsprogramms wird in der Folgesaison im ATS Formel-3-Cup antreten. BMW öffnet damit dem Gewinner des Formel BMW Talent Cup 2011, mit der Bereitstellung des Budgets, die Türe in den anspruchsvollen Formel-3-Sport.
Nach einer erfolgreichen Saison in der Talentförderung von BMW Motorsport, in deren Verlauf nicht weniger als 18 Rennen in Europa auf dem Programm stehen, kann der Sieger im ATS Formel-3-Cup weitere Erfahrungen im Formelsport sammeln und den nächsten Schritt auf der Karriereleiter machen. Jährlich steigende Starterfelder, Rennen auf hohem sportlichen Niveau, starkes Medieninteresse, die Präsenz bei Großveranstaltungen und die Kooperation mit dem ADAC machen den ATS Formel-3-Cup zu einer festen Größe in der deutschen Motorsport-Landschaft.

Nicht zuletzt der Sieg von Sebastian Vettel in der Formel-1-Weltmeisterschaft hat bewiesen, dass die Nachwuchsförderung von BMW Früchte trägt. Ehemalige Formel BMW Fahrer gehören in vielen Serien zum Stammpersonal.
Mit dem Formel BMW Talent Cup fördert BMW den Rennfahrernachwuchs. Er bereitet die Teilnehmer systematisch auf eine erfolgreiche Karriere im Motorsport vor. Juan Carlos Resoagli “SUBCAMPEON, aumentando su palmarés”

De nuevo, el “pequeño-gran piloto” mallorquín Juan Carlos Resoagli, se ha proclamado subcampeón, en esta ocasión del Campeonato de Baleares de karting 2010.

El joven piloto, no tuvo posibilidad de medirse, con sus rivales, sobre todo en el terreno que mejor se le da, sobre circuito mojado, ya que su motor, tuvo un repentino desvanecimiento, a partir de los entrenamientos clasificatorios, por lo que el rendimiento en las mangas de carrera no fue el habitual.

Juan Carlos, con tan sólo 2 años de experiencia, en el karting de competición, ya cuenta con dos subcampeonatos en su palmarés, y ambos durante este año 2010, batiendo en el certamen regional, y en la Copa Vallés, a pilotos con más experiencia.

6. Prueba del Campeonato Balear de Karting 2010

El circuito de Magaluf acogía este domingo la última carrera del Campeonato Balear de Karting que debía decidir los títulos en juego. Un total de 24 pilotos formalizaban su inscripción y la carrera tenía lugar bajo unas delicadas condiciones del asfalto debido a la lluvia caída en las primeras horas de la jornada.

Entre los alevines Joan Oliver se quedaba solo ante la baja de Sergi Salvador. Entre los cadetes la atención se centraba en el duelo entre Raúl Riveiro y Juan Carlos Resoagli que llegaban a la última cita separados por tan solo un punto a favor del segundo. Sin embargo sería Raúl Riveiro quien se llevaba el gato al agua al obtener dos victorias de forma contundente sobre la pista mojada. Por detrás de Riveiro, la segunda plaza del podium era para Miguel Pons, mientras que Resoagli solo podía ser tercero en la primera manga y cuarto en la segunda, perdiendo toda opción al campeonato.

Seis pilotos formaron la parrilla de Open, aunque Andreas Ellmerer debía abandonar en las primeras vueltas de entrenos debido a problemas mecánicos. Las dos mangas de carrera serían ganadas con autoridad por Albert Coll, que se proclamaba campeón de Open-2, mientras que el segundo clasificado era Alex Palerm, que se anotaba el campeonato en Open-1. José Luís Zarcos y Ana María James ocuparían las siguientes plazas, mientras que Federico Zarcos quedaba fuera de la clasificación debido a problemas de neumáticos.

Con nueve pilotos en pista la categoría de KZ-2 era la más numerosa de la jornada. De nuevo doblete de Denis Krucker que dominó de principio a fin en las dos mangas, acabando por delante de Enrique Perelló y Vicente Bufí que le acompañaron en el podium. Iván Huélamo realizaba una gran remontada en la segunda carrera aunque posteriormente también sería excluido al correr con neumáticos no autorizados. Y es que los neumáticos fueron el quebradero de cabeza de muchos pilotos. Así Antonio Alarcón tampoco tenía de agua y se veía obligado a correr con slicks debiendo hacer malabarismos para mantenerse en pista. No obstante, y a pesar de ocupar las últimas plazas de la clasificación, obtenía los puntos necesarios para proclamarse campeón de la categoría.

El deportista del CTEIB de motociclismo Enric Ferrer en la Gala de Campeones 2010 de la RFME

Este sábado se ha celebrado la Asamblea General Ordinaria de la Real Federación Motociclista Española, a la que ha asistido el presidente de la Federació Balear de Motociclisme José Yuste Pérez. Entre los temas que se han tratado estaba la aprobación por parte de la asamblea del Calendario de pruebas para el 2011.
En la próxima temporada nuestra comunidad balear contará, otra vez, con dos pruebas, la primera de ellas el "Trial de Clásicas" que organizará el Motoclub Mallorca Calvià el 13 de marzo, y dos semanas después, el Trial de Ibiza, organizado por el Motoclub Formentera i Eivissa. De los datos que se han hecho públicos en esta asamblea, la Federación Balear ha destacado en el tema de las licencias. Si hablamos de las internacionales los deportistas baleares que han participado se ha duplicado del 2009 al 2010, pasando de 8 a 16 licencias, siendo la séptima de 18 federaciones. La FBM se ha colocado en el quinto lugar en cuanto a licencias autonómicas, siendo la que ha crecido más en el 2010, aumentando un 21,5%, algo muy destacable si tenemos en cuenta la época de crisis en la que estamos.
Tras la asamblea se ha llevado a cabo la Gala de Campeones 2010, en la que el presidente de la RFME Juan Moreta ha entregado los diplomas a los deportistas más destacados, entre los que se encontraba el mallorquín Enric Ferrer, Campeón de Europa de la categoría Superstock 1000 Junior. En este acto Enric ha estado acompañado del director técnico del Programa de Tecnificación de la EBE Sebastián Crespí, del presidente de FBM José Yuste, y de su familia y miembros de su equipo.

Extended global TV coverage for FIA Formula Two in 2011

The FIA Formula Two Championship will benefit from a significantly enhanced TV package for the 2011 season, with more than 130 hours of broadcast time as a flagship championship for the Motors TV network.

Available in 39 countries across the world but predominantly in Europe, Motors TV will show each of the 16 races live as part of a one hour program which will include a qualifying review, pre-race build up and podium and post-race interviews – placing a far heavier focus on F2 drivers than ever before.

Each event will receive major exposure and promotion across all Motors TV platforms, including their website, while each race will be shown without interruption or adverts. All races will also receive at least six full repeat screenings.

In addition, Motors TV will produce a four hour end-of-season review show, which will be screened at least six times – offering more than 130 hours of broadcast time in total, compared with just over 74 hours in 2010.

Another upgrade to F2 in 2011 is the introduction of fixed times for all races, as in Formula One, which means that the F2 races will be broadcast at regular times throughout the season, while Motors TV and Formula Two will jointly appoint a knowledgeable and permanent commentator and presenter for the 2011 season.

To supplement its coverage on Motors TV, Formula Two is working with the Performance Communications Group (PCG), an established television rights distributor, to secure wider distribution of race footage to achieve a huge global reach in key areas such as all of Europe, the Americas, India, Australia, Japan and China. PCG will produce a one hour highlights show of each F2 weekend within 72 hours of its completion.

As part of its commitment to enable F2 races to be viewed live throughout the world, every race will be broadcast live and free to air across the world on the official Formula Two website with better coverage than ever.

F2 will also be prominently featured in the weekly Motorsports Mundial program, which is delivered to 546 million households around the world.

For the first time, Formula Two will retain all rights and ownership of its footage from 2011, and is committed to providing each of its drivers with television coverage in their local area – offering compelling exposure for drivers and their sponsors.

F2 Chief Executive Jonathan Palmer said: “This is an exciting time for F2. We are delighted F2 will be one of the leading motor racing championships broadcast on Motors TV in 2011 and that the extended coverage can make F2 much closer to F1 in style of program. Motors TV is internationally acclaimed for its motorsport coverage, also broadcasting the FIA World Rally Championship, LMES and Australian V8 Supercars. For the first time F2 will have direct control on extending coverage to other countries and by also directing our own F2 program we can guarantee exposure for drivers’ sponsors, which has not previously been possible.  Finally with every race screened live on-line at www.formulatwo.com coverage will be available for all.”

El deportista del CTEIB de motociclismo Enric Ferrer será homenajeado por la RFME.

El próximo 18 de diciembre la Real Federación de Motociclismo Española celebra su tradicional "Gala de Campeones", en la que hará entrega de distinciones a los mejores deportistas de motociclismo nacionales.
Entre ellos estará Enric Ferrer, que recibirá la medalla de bronce al mérito motociclista por al conseguir el título de Campeón de Europa Junior el pasado mes de octubre.
En esta celebración coincidirá con pilotos como Marc Márquez, Toni Elías, Julián Simón, Iván Cervantes, Lorenzo Santolino, Carmelo Morales, Javier Forés, Maverick Viñales, etc. que han triunfado en la temporada 2010.
Enric Ferrer acudirá a la gala acompañado del director técnico del Programa de Tecnificación de Motociclismo Sebastián Crespí, familiares y representantes de la Federación Balear de Motociclismo.
Enric ha realizado una gran temporada 2010, tanto en el Campeonato de España en la categoría Stock-Extreme, en la que ha demostrado su excelente estado de forma, destacando la 6ª posición de Aragón y la 7ª de Albacete, ocupando la tercera plaza final dentro de la "Copa Nacional de Privados, así como en el Campeonato de Europa de Velocidad, en Albacete, donde con un redimiento excelente fue 10º en la general y 1º en la clasificación junior de Superstock 1000.

ORIOLA TO BE YOUNGEST WTCC DRIVER EVER

Pepe Oriola, born in Barcelona on 9 July 1994, will become the youngest driver to ever race in WTCC. The Spaniard has signed a deal with SUNRED Engineering to drive a SEAT León next season and is set to make his WTCC debut in Brazil on March 20th, 2011 at the age of 16 years, 8 months and 11 days.
"This is a dream come true. It will be tough to be the youngest in the field, but I’ll do my best to make an impact. Obviously it will be difficult to fight for the title, but I will have the opportunity to learn from the best," Oriola said.
Despite his young age, Oriola has already achieved impressive results, starting from his very first car race in the 2009 SEAT León Supercópa when he finished on the podium at the age of 15. Last year he was classified fourth in the SEAT León Eurocup with a double victory in Valencia.
"We are confident that Pepe is mature enough to deliver a great maiden season. He has the potential to provide more than a surprise," declared SUNRED principal Joan Orús.

ANDY PRIAULX TESTED THE WRC MINI
Triple WTCC champion Andy Priaulx tested the new MINI that will take part in the 2011 World Rally Championship.
"I had a bit of fun. It was great as Kris Meeke was there so he was able to show me the ropes, and then was brave enough to sit beside me while I drove the car," said Priaulx. "Is a lovely little car, and I am sure the programme will be successful. This was an amazing opportunity and I can’t thank David Richards enough for giving me such a great chance."
The MINI WRC is built by Prodrive and powered by the same 1.6 litre four-cylinder turbo engine of the BMW 320 TC for the 2011 World Touring Car Championship that Priaulx tested in Valencia last week.

A falta de disputarse la última carrera valedera para el Campeonato Balear de karting 2010, a celebrarse el próximo fin de semana, en el Circuito de Magaluf, el joven piloto mallorquín Albert Coll, se prepara para conseguir su 3er. título de Campeón de Baleares.

El piloto de SUSHICLUB, ha estado preparando especialmente esta prueba, incluso durante unos días de descanso, visitó las instalaciones del Palau de gel d’Andorra, donde estuvo “haciendo manos”, en la pista de karting sobre hielo.

Albert, que ha ganado este año todas las carreras que ha disputado en su categoria, se encuentra, lider del Campeonato, obteniendo también todas las poles en las mangas clasificatorias, espera repetir el triunfo en esta última carrera del año.

El piloto mallorquín contará para esta prueba, con la asistencia técnica de Josep L. Aragón, propietario del equipo de karting, Gulfitoso Motorsport, distribuidor de la marca Intrepid, para Cataluña, que aportará su experiencia y las últimas evoluciones para el kart de Albert. ALEX PALERM: ULTIMA PRUEBA DEL CAMPEONATO Y DE LA TEMPORADA

Alex Palerm participa este fin de semana en la última prueba del Campeonato de Baleares de Karting dentro de la categoría Open.
Esta última cita del año se disputará en el trazado del Karting Magalluf y con la organización de la Escudería Illes Balears.
El joven Palerm ya es matemáticamente Campeón de Baleares, aunque no quería dejar de acudir a esta última prueba donde espera disfrutar y divertirse antes de las fiestas de Navidad.
Tal como ha demostrado en las anteriores pruebas del certamen regional, el piloto del Diabolo Karting Team está un paso por delante de sus rivales e incluso puede permitirse el lujo de batir a los pilotos de categorías superiores en la pista.
Las carreras comenzarán el domingo a partir de las 10:00 h.

So wie Sebastian Vettel die offizielle Auszeichnung der FIA knapp vier Wochen nach seinem Formel-1-Titelgewinn erhielt, sind auch die Prämien für die Erfolgreichen des ATS Formel-3-Cup jetzt offiziell übergeben. Der Meister Tom Dillmann und der SONAX-Rookie Kevin Magnussen wurden im Rahmen der Race Night von AutoBild Motorsport in Essen ausgezeichnet.
120 Punkte reichten für Tom Dillmann, um den begehrten Titel im ATS Formel-3-Cup 2010 zu erringen. Dabei traf der erfahrene Franzose allerdings auf größte Konkurrenz. Erst beim Finale in Oschersleben hatte er seinen bis dato wichtigsten Erfolg sicher. Vor allem der Formel-3-Neuling Daniel Abt hatte dem Routinier arg zugesetzt. Bis zum letzten von 18 Rennen hielt sich der nun 18-Jährige aus Kempten im Titelkampf – und fast hätte er dem 21-jährigen Dillmann sogar noch den Triumph entrissen. Abt begnügte sich am Ende mit 112 Punkten und dem Vizetitel. Trotz aller Enttäuschung, unter der Daniel Abt in Oschersleben litt, darf man ihm eine erfolgreiche Karriere zutrauen. Ganz sicher wird er eines der Aushängeschilder des ATS Formel-3-Cup.
Für Tom Dillmann hat sich der Erfolg in Deutschlands schnellster Formel-Rennserie schon jetzt gelohnt! Aus der Hand vom Hans-Joachim Stuck erhielt er im Rahmen der Race Night als Prämie für den Meistertitel den Schlüssel für einen äußerst sportlichen VW Scirocco.
Kevin Magnussen, der sich ebenfalls unglaublich knapp gegen Daniel Abt im SONAX Rookie-Pokal durchsetzen konnte, durfte sich in Essen über einen dicken Scheck freuen. Der Chef des Hauses SONAX, Manfred Hoffmann jr., übergab den überdimensionalen Scheck symbolisch an den schnellen Dänen. 128 Punkte hat Kevin Magnussen in der Rookie-Wertung sammeln können und damit drei Zähler mehr als Abt. Auf dem dritten Platz dieser Wertung, die den Formel-3-Neulingen vorbehalten ist, folgt der Schwede Felix Rosenqvist mit 106 Punkten.
Die Weg der drei erfolgreichsten Piloten des ATS Formel-3-Cup 2010 werden sich in der kommenden Saison wohl trennen. Während Tom Dillmann die Formel 3 verlassen möchte und auf Cockpitsuche ist, hat Daniel Abt seinen Platz in der Formel-3-Euroserie beim Team Signature bereits gefunden. Felix Rosenqvist will im kommenden Jahr noch einmal im ATS Formel-3-Cup angreifen: „Ich habe in diesem Jahr im ATS Formel-3-Cup so wahnsinnig viel gelernt, darauf möchte ich 2011 aufbauen“.

Vouilloz vows to be ready for IRC return

Former Intercontinental Rally Challenge champion Nicolas Vouilloz says he will be fighting fit when he returns to the series on Rallye Monte-Carlo next month, despite not having driven in anger since finishing third on the legendary event back in January.
Vouilloz, who claimed the IRC title in 2008 for Kronos Racing, will drive a Skoda France-supported Fabia Super 2000 on the centenary edition of the rally alongside co-driver Benjamin Veillas.
"Although I have not been driving I have not just been sitting at home either," said the 34-year-old from France. "I have been busy working for a French mountain bike company. I have done some races and development work with them and have also been a team manager.
"I know it will be difficult to get back in a rally car after a long gap, especially because there are some long stages at the start of Rallye Monte-Carlo, but I will have done three tests by then and I will be fit and as well prepared as I can be."

Nicolas Vouilloz says he will be ready for his IRC return

Nicolas impressed by Prime Yalta Rally

Jean-Pierre Nicolas, the IRC’s Motorsport Development Manager and a former winner of Rallye Monte-Carlo, says the Prime Yalta Rally will be a popular addition to the Intercontinental Rally Challenge schedule next season.
The all-asphalt event, based in the Black Sea city of Yalta in Ukraine’s Crimea region, will form round four of the 2011 IRC from 2-4 June.
Nicolas, who completed a preliminary reconnaissance of the event route last week, said he was impressed by the quality of the stages and the location of the service park.
"The stages were a bit like what we have in Monte-Carlo and Sanremo with good asphalt and average speeds of between 90-110kph," said Nicolas. "Yalta is on the Black Sea and the stages are in the mountains behind the city so the rally will be really compact. In fact there will be more stage kilometres than liaison kilometres. I was also impressed to see the service park, which is right by the sea."

Magalhaes happy with co-driver switch

Bruno Magalhaes says changing co-drivers ahead of the 2011 Intercontinental Rally Challenge won’t affect his chances of a successful campaign next season.
The 30-year-old from Portugal contested eight rounds of the IRC alongside Carlos Magalhaes in 2010, winning Sata Rallye Acores in the process.
However, with Carlos Magalhaes forming a partnership with IRC regular Daniel Oliveira, Bruno Magalhaes has recruited Paulo Grave to navigate him in 2011, starting with the centenary edition of Rallye Monte-Carlo in January.
"Paulo was my co-driver from 2002 until 2007 when he stopped rallying," said Magalhaes, who will continue to drive a Peugeot Sport Portugal 207 Super 2000 next year. "I know him perfectly so the change will not be a problem. Carlos is a great friend of mine and for his career this change can be better and for me I will still have a good co-driver."
Magalhaes finished fifth in the final IRC drivers‘ standings in 2010 after scoring points on the first seven events of the year.

Neuville stars at Luxembourg show

Thierry Neuville took time out of his preparations for Rallye Monte-Carlo to attend the International Motor Show Luxembourg last weekend.
The 22-year-old was in attendance at the event, held at LuxExpo from 10-12 December, along with the Peugeot 207 Super 2000 he drove on six rounds of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge this season.
"It was a big event with lots of cars and lots of people," said Neuville. "I did a talk to the crowd and also signed some autographs. It was nice to be there."
Neuville is supported by the Peugeot importers in Belgium and Luxembourg and competes under the Team Peugeot Belgium-Luxembourg banner. He will continue in the IRC next season with French co-driver Nicolas Klinger, who partnered Nicolas Vouilloz to the IRC title in 2008.

Alen wants to make IRC comeback

Finnish star Anton Alen is targeting a return to the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in 2011.
The 27-year-old son of rally legend Markku Alen was formerly an Abarth factory driver, winning Rally Russia in 2007. Having not had the opportunity to compete this year, Alen is determined to return to the Eurosport-supported series next season.
"I always really enjoyed driving on the IRC, as there are some fantastic events and competitors," said Alen. "I’ve been working solidly on different ways to come back, but unfortunately it’s so financially tough for everyone at the moment. My motivation is stronger than ever though and I’m determined to give it 100 per cent. I know some of the IRC events already and there are some interesting new rallies coming in as well."
Alen has tested a Proton Satria Neo S2000, and also has extensive experience of Group N machinery.
