2011 : l’année Zagato

Pour sa 20^ème édition le Tour Auto Optic 2ooo rend hommage à "Zagato" et le célèbre carrossier sera mis à l’honneur tout au long du parcours entre Paris et Biarritz via Poitiers, Objat, Bordeaux et Pau. Message reçu puisque 12 Zagato se sont déjà manifestées, toutes marques confondues. A noter, la présence exceptionnelle d’un modèle rare, la Maserati A6G Berlinetta Zagato de 1955, voiture ayant pris le départ du Tour de France Automobile en 1957.

La première liste des engagés sera publiée dans la seconde semaine de décembre après la réunion du Comité de Sélection.

2011: The year of Zagato

For its 20^th edition, the Tour Auto Optic 2ooo pays tribute to "Zagato"; the famous coachbuilder will hold the place of honour during the whole journey between Paris and Biarritz via Poitiers, Objat, Bordeaux and Pau. Message understood as 12 Zagatos of various brands have already come forward. To be noted the exceptional presence of a rare model, the Maserati A6G Berlinetta Zagato of 1955, which took the start of the Tour de France Automobile in 1957.

The first entry list will be published by the second week of December, right after the first meeting of the Selection Committee.
